During the fall of 2009 I traveled to southeast with my family. We explored a number of tributaries in search of silver salmon (which should have been in at this time), but found the rivers full of pinks. Despite the lack of silvers we had a fantastic time just watching the pinks gather in the small tribs and do what they came to do. Truly stunning country. About a week after we returned to the lower 48, I got phone call saying the silvers had arrived... and this is fishing.
